Nice, very clean apartments

I searched forever to find the right place to live, at the right price. I wanted a clean, safe environment with a updated apartment. That is what I got when I found Heritage Village Apts. Not only that, but the staff that I met are really nice, competent people who truly care about their property. Alyssa is exceptional. I moved in on Dec 1st and couldn’t be happier.

Awesome place to live

One of the best places I have ever lived, so nice and it is quiet and the people are so nice! I would 100% recommend heritage the staff is amazing!!! Love the ladies in the office! Also the apartments are spacious and so nice!!!!

apt review

The staff at Weidner apartments go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful.Starting from day one to your last day there. It is a very quiet and peacful place . The exercise room and game room are a nice addition to the place. Even though our stay was short while looking for a new house in st cloud we are glad we picked this apartment. thanks Amanda and Allison!

well kept, nice, quiet

Friendly staff who are willing to work with you on issues. Just moved in, so haven't had any issues thus far.

Maintenance is not as good since you took over.

I would tell them that it is a safe building. I like my apartment a lot.

Great Place to Live.

Very easy to get to. The surrounding area is quiet and safe. A great area to raise a family.

Awesome, Resourceful, Peaceful and Friendly

I would tell them, it is a really nice place to live. People are friendly, dog owners are nice with other dogs and same with other residents. If they are looking for a nice and peaceful place to live, live here. p.s. it would be nice to have a pool or a hot but the gyms and game room kinda make up for it wouldn't mind paying 50 more in rent if there was one or the other on the property.
