Haven’t Even Moved In Yet….
I am so excited to be moving in this coming Saturday! My experience with Suzan and Josh have been 5 Star across the board. ... I am in the industry myself so I can be a little difficult at times with a ton of questions and requests. Suzan and Josh were so gracious when I just stopped by with no appointment and showed me everything I wanted to see since I had to make my decision quickly. Suzan didn’t waste time cut to the chase and showed me exactly what I wanted. The application process was easy and simple and the office answered the phone every time I called. I cannot wait to participate in all the resident events I hear they have and really settle in and become apart of the community!! Thanks for taking a stressful situation and helping me make it work!! Vue Director: Erin Rogers is THE BEST!
I've lived at the Vue Minneapolis for almost 6 years and Erin Rogers has been our BEST DIRECTOR to date! She's professional, ... really cares for the residents and actively listens. And whenever we have a concern (or a complaint), she addresses it calmly, kindly and quickly. I'll stay and long as she does! Wonderful community and home!
Vue Apartment Homes has been my home for the last year. The proximity to green spaces, museums, eateries, and bike paths ... is wonderful. It is in a residential space, well removed from most city noises, but still close enough to all of the above mentioned to walk easily anywhere. The community and staff are welcoming and friendly, and the number of pets all over the building are such a joy to see! Maintenance is quick and efficient, friendly, and kind. I have loved living here and would do it again in a heartbeat. Read More about Wonderful community and home!By: Emily Daniel Verified Resident

Overall nice place but with inconsistent conglomerate feel
When I originally moved into The Vue - the staff was constant, the transition was warm and friendly and the experience was ... great After 3 years and multiple staff changes, I ended up feeling more like random addition to the faceless mass. Certainly not the same charm and care as the original crew, but overall a very nice building. Both apartments I lived in had lovely features but moderate to ridiculous noise issues which were unfortunately not addressed despite several conversations with later staff. James, however with maintenance was always warm, consistent and kind. Overall good experience - the building itself and amenities we're very lovely, but not competitively priced when compared to similar large corporate owned apartment complexes in the cities. Calm, clean, and comfortable place to be. Location is nice
My experience at the VUE has been significantly better than some of the other Uptown apartments in the lake and Lyndale area. ... Management and staff are friendly and professional. The property seems reasonably well built and has a modern style. I wish the first floor units had real ceilings instead of exposed concrete, but the upper floors are nicer. Rooftop lounge is fantastic, probably one of the best in the area. The local grocery store is in walking distance as well which is a big plus. Cons Parking for guests is usually limited. There are about 6-8 guest parking spots available but they are usually full. It would be nice if there was a little more light in the underground parking garage as well, but its not a big deal. The fitness center is modest at best. But it works. Price is up there, I think their occupancy rate would be higher if rates came down about 10-15 . That said, I find it to be a better deal than the crazy rates in the Lyndale and lake area for a similar up-scale complex. Read More about Calm, clean, and comfortable place to be. Quiet and Relaxing Place to Live
There are a lot of great qualities here at Vue. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and there's almost always someone ... there when you need them. They also have weekend security which most places don't usually offer. Our unit faces the park and there's very little noise from traffic and the highways nearby. The units are pretty sound proof and we rarely hear any of our neighbors. The rooftop is a great feature that we use often for grilling or entertaining and we found its never too crowded either. There's also plenty of restaurants nearby as well, I would recommend looking here if you're thinking of moving to Loring Park. Vue Apartments
Pros I like the intimacy of this apartment complex, the staff are very helpful and nice. The interior is well-kept and has ... a nice atmosphere. The guest apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable for family and friends to stay. The BBQ grills are great and are always available. The party room and rooftop are nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a continental breakfast every Saturday and Sunday in the lounge as well as free coffee machine 24 7. The garage parking is tight, but well maintained and assigned spaces ensure we always have a place to park. Cons The rent is about the same as any comparable apartment in the area, however the amenities no pool, hot tub, full-gym fitness center and landscaping are considerably less which the rent does not reflect. There isn't a landscape company that maintains the landscaping in the court yard or on the side-street. Overall a nice, clean, comfortable place to live. Great location and Awesome staff
I've lived at the Vue Apts for a year and my experience has been great. Jessica, Aria, Nicole, James and the whole team are ... friendly, responsive and really take pride in their work. The demographics in the building is a nice mix of old and young professionals. It's great to be centered in between downtown and uptown with easy access to major highways. If you love Costco it's only 10 minutes away . We moved because of our growing family. If there was an available 3 bedroom unit, we'd still be living at the Vue Apts. Overall Review of Vue Apartments
Since moving into the complex in June, I have been very impressed by the Vue apartment community. The staff has been very ... helpful with any questions I have had. Maintenance has been incredibly timely with completing requests, and all jobs have been done to an above satisfactory standard of work. The other residents have been very friendly and welcoming, and the actual grounds and building are well maintained. The one issue that seems be recurring would be parking. The limited visitor parking spots make it difficult to find accommodations for guests who stop by Vue. I have had several occasions of visitors being towed, despite parking in designated visitor spots. There have also been occurrences where it has been hard to even get to visitor spots because the lot has been designated as event parking. Events like the aforementioned usually result in street parking, where my guests have two times been involved in accidents where their vehicles were damaged while parked on the neighboring streets. If there was an area where Vue needs to improve dramatically, it is the availability of visitor parking, especially during the Saturday night to Sunday morning window of time when there are only three spots where visitors can park. It was home
I lived at VUE for 2 years. At first I moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1 year , then upgraded to a 1 bedroom loft 2 floors ... which is considered to be a penthouse unit at VUE. The property has been managed by 2 companies in the 2 years I was there, currently Weidner. The overall look of the property and units are great Modern, great quality and finishes better than what I've found elsewhere in town and even from what I've found in Orlando and Dallas markets during apartment searching . I do wish the gym was larger. Its a smaller community, and its not that the gym is always full of people, its just a small selection of weights and machines. They just recently power washed the garage, but this needs to happen way more often. The dust down there is pretty bad. After washing your car and giving it 2 days, it looks bad. Also if you have a storage unit, all the stuff gets filthy since its an open cage. My biggest frustration is when winter comes around, dripping water and salt from vehicles on ramps above, leak onto your car if you park down below. I have terrible stains on 2 cars due to this. They tried to seal all the cracks and joins in the concrete, but this still didn't help much. At the cost of paying for parking, it could be handled better. The property is pet friendly and I haven't had many issues with messes left behind around the property, like you see at other apartments. Dogs do have accidents in the elevators on occasion cant hold it in long enough , but the staff cleans it up right away. I would suggest changing the carpet in the elevators once a year. Can't be that expensive for only 2 elevators, and for being a high traffic area due to moving, foot traffic and pets. It would be a nice thing to do, to keep the property feeling new For the most part people are nice, they talk to you in the elevators and aren't overly snobby. Some parties on the 6th floor top floor common area can be fun to join and to meet people. Read More about It was homeBy: Joshua Kannenberg Verified Resident
Great location
This Loring Park location is so accessible to all freeways, bike paths and walking to uptown. However, I have had things ... stolen from the secured garage, which doesn't make the high rent really worth it. You can find lower rent in near by. A mirror should be placed by exit of garage, as your view is blind, as well additional cameras to protect from thieves. The elevators are always smelly but the gym is well kept and clean.
