This Place is Home!

This is by far the most amazing complex I have stayed in! The neighbors are nice, the staff is friendly and there is so much beautiful art in this building. I love it here!

Best complex we've lived in!

The amenities are great, and the staff are wonderful! Awesome price for the value, and great location near the lakes. Only issue is with parking; a good portion of the lot is owned by another contractor that tows cars regularly. Not the fault of the apartment owners, and they're working on resolving it to open up more spots. Highly recommend if you're looking to be near the lakes, but in a quieter part of Uptown!

Marbella has been the perfect home!

We recently moved in and have been loving every minute of it! The apartment is spacious with tons of closets and natural light. Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are amazing. The staff is very helpful with any maintenance requests/questions and are a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend this place :)

Outstanding staff

I’m new to the building but not the area. I have been so impressed with the management, leasing and maintenance staff in this location. They go out if their way to be friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s a bit older building than I was in before, but lots of updates, amenities and the location and convenience factors are huge. Very cozy and feels safe. As others have mentioned, parking is an issue for the time being, but otherwise I have nothing but rave reviews!

great staff and location

I’ve lived here for almost three years through multiple staff/management turnovers, and Weidner has made noticeable improvements in a short time. the staff communicates well and often, creates community events, responds quickly to maintenance requests, and takes good care of the property. they have also been conscious of Covid precautions and mask mandates. I really appreciate them! Location is the main reason I chose to live here. the greenway, lakes, and multiple stores and restaurants are all in walking distance, but the property is set back enough from Lake and Dean that it’s fairly quiet. the only noise I hear regularly is from residents on weekend nights who come back from the bars or who throw impromptu parties in the club room. live on an upper level if you can. Parking is the only major con to living here. if you have a car, make sure you get a reserved parking spot before you move in. or pay VERY close attention to flex parking hours. the parking garage isn’t owned by the property and you WILL be towed if you’re in a guest sport outside of flex hours, or if you’re parked in the fire lane or loading dock. In general, I feel like I’ve gotten a good value and living experience out of my stay here. you can find other properties that are more modern or cheap in the heart of Uptown, but Marbella on Dean has been perfect for me.

Great experience

We lived at the Marbella on Dean for 2 years. Can’t say enough about the staff, they did a great job assisting with everything. I’d highly recommend.

New owner/staff is much improved

My girlfriend and I toured here when the previous management was still running Lake Calhoun Flats and did not like it at all, after the new staff and ownership took over we decided to look again and moved in. The property looks so much better than before and the staff has been wonderful from day 1. Marcus, Robert, Grace, Amy, and Victor are always friendly and on top of it!
